FUNDRAISER FOR UKRAINE

This series of three posters shows a selection of images by Ukrainian photographer Vic Bakin. Bakin is a self-taught photographer who lives and works in Kyiv. His work revolves around the portraiture of Ukrainian youth. Bakin says that his images are snapshots of memories and likes his photographs to remain simple, natural, and true.

Together with Vic, we will be donating 100% of the proceeds to OutRight Action International, an organisation supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. OutRight Action Intl. wrote: ‘As we know all too well, in times of crisis, LGBTQIA+ people who have already marginalized face higher risks and cannot count automatically on access to humanitarian and/or social assistance’.⁠

OutRight Action Intl. has set up a fundraiser to channel funds to local LGBTQIA+ partners in Ukraine and neighbouring countries supporting the community during this war. Donations help provide emergency assistance to LGBTQIA+ people who need safe shelter, food, competent medical care, transportation for those who are fleeing, and other types of humanitarian support.

FORMA Editions covers the production costs. 100% of the proceeds will be donated, of which about 6% goes to our payment processors' usual transaction fee. As of April 2023, we proudly raised and donated £1,456.26.
