2 PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEO
Copyright in non-photographic images and video material on the site belongs to various owners and permission to reproduce or use any such image. Video material must first be obtained from FORMA EDITIONS. 

3 VISITOR OPTIONS
If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in the email that you receive.  You may block cookies via your browser settings, but this may prevent you from accessing certain features of the website. 

4 ONLINE SALES
When we receive your order, you will receive an automated e-mail reply acknowledging receipt from FORMA EDITIONS. You must immediately check the details contained in the order receipt. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to accept or reject any offer. Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions, and except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. Every care has been taken by us in the preparation of our website's content, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are accurate at the time of posting the product on the website and that all products are fairly described. However, your order may not be accepted if there are material errors in the description of the goods you have ordered or their prices. All prices and offers are subject to change. All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible in the event that the goods you have ordered are unavailable. If the goods that you have ordered are unavailable, a full refund will be offered. 

5 CANCELLATION POLICY
Items can only be returned if damaged. 

6 RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you are returning an item due to damage, we will refund the cost of the item only. You are fully responsible for all postage costs, including the original shipping fee and the cost of returning the item to us. If we are unable to provide an exchange, we will issue a refund. Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept any item for refund or exchange if it arrives damaged or in a condition different from when it was originally sent.

If an order is not delivered, a refund (excluding shipping costs) shall be issued only upon receipt of the returned parcel by FORMA EDITIONS via the postal system. All shipping labels issued by FORMA EDITIONS include a return address to facilitate such returns.

We strongly recommend using recorded or special delivery when returning items, as we cannot refund items that are lost in the post. All goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in the jurisdiction where they are intended to apply, that part shall be removed from the clause. The remainder of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.   

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
